LINGKARAN PREMIX SDN BHD (LPSB) is a new premix company commissioned in the 3rd quarter of 2008. LPSB was set up by a group of young and dynamic individuals involved in the quarry, premix and road & pavement contracting business. LPSB is managed by Mr. Michael Phoon, who has more than 20 years in the quarry and premix industry.

The Company is involved in the manufacturing and supply of asphalt premix materials with primary objectives of product innovation, continuous improvement and customer satisfaction, thus creating a durable and better performance asphalt premix that meets customers’ requirement in every aspect.

Teamwork is the key emphasis of LPSB, with directors and senior personnel having a significant hands-on role in forming and directing the operations and future of the Company. This dedicated and vastly experienced team in the road pavement industry. Our team had established good rapport with most major players and customers of both quarrying and road pavement industry.

For this purpose, this Company has a Batch Asphalt Plant with a capacity of up to 240 tph and a fully equipped laboratory at our premix site for on-site product testing in year 2008.

Anticipating the future market requirements and the need for quality and innovative asphalt premix products, this Company has decided to upgrade its premix plant from a Drum Type Asphalt Plant to a New Batch Type Asphalt Plant in year 2018.

We are also proud to be the first plant in Malaysia with Hot Recycled Asphalt Mix facilities using Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement (RAP).

Hot mix recycling is the process in which old asphalt pavement is reclaimed, broken down into aggregate-sized chunks and sieved thru sieving plant to produce new Hot Mix Asphalt.

RAP is the way to curb the reliance on the Virgin Aggregate and also environmentally smart. It’s significantly lower emission of CxHy, SO2, and NOx when compared to the traditional method. Thus, it is a green method of new pavement
